Gordon Consulting Engineers Ltd. communication division performed a “feasibility study” in Argentina (ordered by an Israeli company working in Argentina ISREX Ltd.) to evaluate the implications of modernization of the St. Louis Water Transmission System. Company’s communications and SCADA experts explored the various water facilities and after a detailed “site survey” submitted their recommendations and the costs involved for the installation of an advanced SCADA system with central command and control capability
