Magen David Adom (MDA), the national medical service of Israel, is building a new facility for its “Blood Bank” for the future needs of the country.
According to its important activity, it is defined as a crucial and sensitive facility which will be established according to the state’s national defense strategy to be protected against wars, natural disasters, and other state emergencies. It will be designed to operate normally even under direct threats.
Gordon Consulting Engineers Ltd. was chosen to accomplish a full range of consulting and engineering services commence from the development of the Security Concept coordinated and approved by the Regulator, following by the Design, preparation of RFP for selection of the Contractor, Supervision and Acceptance Tests.
The new facility is scheduled to begin its operations in 2021.
