Project Description
The construction of the Tel – Aviv light train is one of the biggest infrastructure projects ever to be built in Israel. The first section of the system is the 22 km long “Red Line”. The line will including 10 km underground tunnel and 33 stations (10 subway stations and 23 ground-level stops).
Gordon Consulting Engineers Ltd. was hired by the winning consortium to conduct threat and risk assessment, formulate a security concept plan, develop security plans for various elements of the line, design concept of operation for the security unit, and technical design of security systems
