Project Description
Melnik is a 960 MW brown coal-fired Power Station in Czech Republic owned and operated by CEZ Group, which is the largest utility and biggest public company in Central and Eastern Europe. It is a concern of 96 companies whose core business is the generation, distribution, and trade of electricity and heat, trade-in, and sales of natural gas and coal extradition.
In order to improve the security of the site and at the same time to carry out better control of the employees working hours and meals distribution, the company management decided to implement a modern Access Control and Time Attendance System for above 3000 users integrated with a modern security systems .
J. Gordon Consulting Engineers Ltd. won the tender for system design and implementation. After two years of engineering work the required system was successfully implemented.
