Gordon Consulting Engineers Ltd. was involved in the engineering and design of the Integrated Security System for the Olympic Games – Athens 2004.
Gordon Consulting Engineers Ltd. was subcontracted by the JV that won the tender for the Integrated Security System for the Olympic Games – Athens 2004, to participate in the detailed design of the security systems that will be installed at the various Olympic sites. As the initial part of the required detailed design, Gordon Consulting Engineer Ltd.’s security operational and technical experts performed profound “site survey” in Greece that included the main Olympic Sites such as the Olympic Stadium, Olympic Village, various Olympic Venues and the Sea Ports. The “site survey” was required in a very short time to enable other companies to start the infrastructure works in Greece; therefore, Gordon Consulting Engineers Ltd. performed intensive efforts to finish the task in the required schedule
