SIPG from China engaged J. Gordon Consulting Engineers Ltd. to develop a comprehensive “Security Plan” for the new ultramodern seaport terminal, being built, and in the future, operated by them in Israel.
According to local regulation, the “Security Plan” was submitted to the Israeli Police for approval
Following the approval of the “Security Plan” SIPG daughter engineering company Harbor, from China, signed with Gordon Engineers an additional contract for the detailed design of the Integrated Security System which will be implemented in the port and the Gate Management System with its technological portals at the various port gates.
Gordon Engineers’ work includes the detailed design, preparation of the RFP & Bills of Materials for the local security Integrator, ongoing supervision over the implementation of the systems, Acceptance Tests prior to ports’ operation, and full support to the Chinese teams working in Israel.
The port is scheduled for operation at the year 2022
